Programs in Anthropology are excited to announce that we will have students, faculty, and alumni presenting at the 2025 American Anthropological Association (AAA) Annual Meeting. The AAA Conference will be held in New Orleans from November 19–23, 2025. The theme of "Ghosts" takes inspiration from the popular reputation of New Orleans as “the most haunted city in America” to examine the ways that the past haunts the present, and that the immaterial becomes tangible to inflect the everyday.
