Advising

Advising Hours

Virtual advising sessions are conducted via Zoom. You may join the meeting at any time within the designated hour. All meetings are one-on-one; if you are not immediately let into the meeting, it means that there is another student ahead of you. Please continue to wait until the advisor admits you into the meeting.

Meetings are kept to 5-10 minutes per student. If the advisor determines that your question(s) may require further research, you may be advised to follow-up by email or make an appointment.

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 (September 2, 2025 - May 12, 2026)

• Mondays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (ET), Virtual, Access meeting link 
• Tuesdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (ET), In-Person, Grace Dodge 186
• Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (ET), In-Person, Grace Dodge 186
• Fridays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (ET), Virtual, Access meeting link 
  • Advising on Friday, March 20th will be canceled for the TC Spring Break Closure.
