Advising Hours

Virtual advising sessions are conducted via Zoom. You may join the meeting at any time within the designated hour. All meetings are one-on-one; if you are not immediately let into the meeting, it means that there is another student ahead of you. Please continue to wait until the advisor admits you into the meeting.

Meetings are kept to 5-10 minutes per student. If the advisor determines that your question(s) may require further research, you may be advised to follow-up by email or make an appointment.

Spring 2025  (January 2 - May 12)

  • Mondays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (EST) with Brian Arenas, Virtual Access meeting link 
  • Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (EST) with Emma Scott, Virtual Access meeting link 
  • Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to  4:00 PM (EST) with  Brian Arenas, In-person, 186 Grace Dodge
  • Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (EST) with Emma Scott, Virtual, Access meeting link

Summer Hours (late May- late August)
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm    Friday: 9am - 1pm

*The OISS is closed on weekends and most national holidays.*
