Eligibility

All TML students are eligible to pursue internship credits towards their degree plan. As internship credits are applied as elective credit, students should consult with their academic advisor if an internship is feasible. Students can take up to 3 credits as internships. 

In addition, international students are required by law to obtain CPT authorization, in accordance with USCIS guidance, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the Department of Labor’s Fair Labor Standards Act. This applies to in-person and remote positions. This also applies if an unpaid experience (internship, placement, etc.) is directly related to a student’s degree program.
