Associate Professor Katie Conway Begins New Role as Vice Dean of Administration and Chief Operating Officer at Columbia Business School. She leaves her position as Vice President of Planning & Strategy and Secretary of the College at Teachers College. Katie received her doctorate from the Higher & Postsecondary Education Program in 2012. In addition to her doctorate, she holds an MA and an EdM from our program. Her research considers ideas of success and satisfaction in the faculty career.
