Dear Students,
In many ways it is hard to believe we are already wrapping up the Fall 2022 semester. I remember vividly our welcome and welcome back party this past fall when we were just beginning the academic year together. The weather was warm and our spirits were high as we celebrated being back on campus and in-person in the classroom. (My Group Dynamics students surely remember my battling with our classroom air conditioner every week!) In other ways it feels as though the semester should have ended a month ago. I know how hard you all have worked over these past 15 weeks, studying, writing, delivering presentations, collaborating on group projects, conducting research, taking exams, and supporting one another. A special shout-out to the OHDCC Leadership Team for all their service to the S-OP program this semester through professional development events, social gatherings, the mentoring program, and this month’s EDIA panel. We appreciate your servant leadership tremendously.
Truly, we are grateful for all of you. We create the S-OP learning community together – students, staff and faculty – and we are thankful for our shared work and all the ways we have lifted each other up during these often challenging times. Wishing all of you a winter break filled with peace, relaxation, rejuvenation, joy and even full-on guffawing. You’ve earned it!

Current Student Profile
Jasmin Huynh
Jasmin M. Huynh (she/her) is a second-year, full-time student in the S-OP MA program. Before moving to NY to join the TC community, she earned a bachelor's degree in Media and Communications from UC Berkeley and has worked as a paralegal, lifestyle writer, producer, project manager, and organizational trainer in San Francisco, LA, Paris, and Tokyo.
Her various professional experiences galvanized her to work on making work better for herself and others, and throughout her time at TC, she discovered her interest in organizational development, talent management, and cultural change. As a second-generation, Chinese-Vietnamese immigrant born and raised in Germany and a first-generation immigrant living in the US, she is passionate about understanding cross-cultural communication as well as multiculturalism in organizations. Most recently, she interned with the global Learning and Development team at GlobalFloundries across the US, EMEA, and APAC, and currently works as a freelance consultant for the Berkeley Research Group.
In her spare time Jasmin enjoys listening to podcasts, learning about how to become a better human, taking walks, and watching social-cultural documentaries and cake decorating videos on YouTube. Alumni Profile
Jasim Mohammed
Jasim Mohammed is a graduate of the Social-Organizational Psychology M.A. program. After obtaining his B.S. in Psychology and Biology from The University of Georgia, Jasim created a Human Resources Department for a night life conglomerate and discovered his passion for the organization and development field and developed a curiosity to learn more. He is particularly passionate about executive recruitment and strategic talent development.
During his time in the S-OP program, in addition to his studies, Jasim was actively involved in various campus organizations, such as TC Student Senate. He was also the Graduate Assistant for Columbia's Women Basketball Team. Upon graduation, he joined Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) as part of their Center of Excellence (CoE) Program and as part of their first cohort. Through his hard work, Jasim obtained the Best CoE Workplace Recognition Award and was promoted after one year. He currently holds leadership positions in community building and social initiatives to develop culture in the Dallas Office of RRA.
In his free time, Jasim enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering with local non-profit organizations and mentoring young professionals. He plays tennis, basketball, and soccer in local leagues and is an avid artist.
