Do you have a Health Hold (Immunization) on your student account? Not sure? Make certain or you will not be able to register for classes on April 24! 

If you have a Health Hold, you will need to take immediate action. Not sure what immunization requirements may be outstanding? Log in to the Columbia Health Patient Portal^* > Medical Clearances section to find out. 

TIPS:

• Have access to the documentation you submitted upon enrollment to TC? Upload it to the Patient Portal for more timely processing. 
• Recertify your Meningitis Decision through Columbia Health (yes, it’s required even if previously completed for TC): Patient Portal > Medical Clearances. 
• Records are processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM).  
• If you complete outstanding necessary requirements, your Health Hold will reverse within 1-2 days. 
• If your compliance reflects all necessary requirements have been met, but your Health Hold has not reversed, contact immunizationcomplance@columbia.edu AND cc registrar@tc.columbia.edu for further assistance.
