Our mission is to provide a central starting point for students to access the full range of support at TC and Columbia. Whether you need direct guidance or a warm referral to other services, we are happy to meet and explore those options with you.
Meet Our Staff
Jenn Cultrara (she/her)
Case Manager

Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles in Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Community Standards, and Residential Services, giving her a broad understanding of the student experience and the challenges they may face. Jenn holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, is a Board Certified Life Coach, and a trained Brainspotting practitioner. She integrates these skills to support student well-being and foster resilience, helping them navigate challenges and reach their fullest potential.
Lema Moliga (she/her)
Director, Student Support & Advocacy

Selema (Lema) received her Masters of Education in Student Development & Administration from Seattle University and since graduating has worked in Housing and Residential Life for over 15 years in both the west and east coasts. In 2015, Lema joined Teachers College and served as the Associate Director in the Office of Residential Services (ORS), until October 2022 where she transitioned to the Division of Student Affairs as the Director of Student Support and Advocacy. Lema is committed to making the TC student experience a positive and successful one for all students.

Emily (she/her)
Communication Coordinator

Emily is an M.A. student in the Developmental Psychology program at TC. She is from Southern California and earned her B.A. in Psychology and Education at the University of California, Riverside. Emily is passionate about learning how humans develop over time, and is especially interested in the adolescent timeframe and how researchers can better support youth and families. In her free time, she loves to bake sourdough (her starter's name is Olivia Malibu), taste-test new matchas, and dabble in new hobbies. Emily is thrilled to be a part of the SSA team and join the TC community!
Kelly (she/her)
Communication Coordinator

Kelly is a first-year MA student in the Counseling and Clinical Psychology Department at Teachers College, Columbia University. Originally from Orange County, California, she earned her undergraduate degree in Los Angeles while actively contributing to several psychology research labs. Outside of academics, Kelly enjoys creative writing, drawing, reading, tabletop RPGs, and video games. She is excited to explore New York City and collaborate with SSA to support the TC community!
