Payment and Refunds


TESOL Certificate Program

Tuition is $6,800 and is paid by credit card. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within two weeks of acceptance, with the remaining $6,300 due by the course registration deadline one week before classes begin. Students should plan to spend approximately $250 on books and supplies.  


Optional workshops are included in the cost of tuition for TESOL Certificate Program students. For members of the public, the cost of a workshop is $150. For TCP alumni, the cost of a workshop is $80. For more information and to register, click here


TESOL Certificate Program Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from the TESOL Certificate Program must do so in writing (via email or mail). Students who withdraw during the first two weeks will receive a 100% refund, minus the $500 tuition deposit. Withdrawals after the second week forfeit any refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit card refunds once the withdrawal has been processed.

Workshop Refund Policy

A full refund of the registration fee will be granted if the written request to withdraw from the workshop is received by the TESOL Certificate Program at least seven business days prior to the scheduled workshop session. Workshops dropped within the seven-day window will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after the start date of the workshop.
