This Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Program Handbook is meant to provide students with information about the policies and procedures of the Program and the Clinic in CSD. It only includes information about special program policies and procedures and is meant to be used as a supplement to the College Handbook http://www.tc.columbia.edu/student-handbook/.
The Program Plan is a guide to classes, individualized for each student, based on prior coursework and professional interests. This document assures that students meet the Program’s Learning Goals as well as the American SpeechLanguage-Hearing Association’s (ASHA) 2020 Standards for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
