The International and Comparative Education Program (ICEP) celebrated the start of the new academic year on September 15, 2025, with its annual Fall Social, a lively gathering that united students, faculty, alumni, and friends of the program.

The event sparked conversations across generations of the ICEP community. New students connected with faculty and peers for the first time, while returning students exchanged stories from research projects, internships, and fieldwork around the world. Faculty members welcomed incoming students with encouragement and highlighted the opportunities for collaboration and growth in the year ahead.

“The Fall Social really set the tone for the semester,” said one student attendee. “It reminded me that ICEP isn’t just about classes, it’s about being part of a community that supports each other’s journeys.”
