The International and Comparative Education program is excited to welcome Anna Warangkana Lin as a Visiting Scholar! She will be hosted by Prof. Gita Steiner-Khamsi for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Anna Warangkana Lin is Associate Professor at I-Shou University, Taiwan. Her research focuses on the cultural dimensions of international school development. She has extensive administrative experience in K-12 international schools, particularly in leading the authorization of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and achieving accreditation through the Council of International Schools (CIS).
Her latest comparative research project, funded by Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council, examines the identity formation of ethnic Chinese teachers in international schools in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand and the US Bay Area. She earned her doctoral degree from The University of Hong Kong. Her research interests investigate internationalization, cross-cultural studies, and international and comparative education.
