The Urban Education Leaders Program (UELP) at Teachers College prepares aspiring district and systems-level education leaders with research-based practices, strategies, and traditional and critical theories of leadership designed to nourish and fuel their capacity to create the conditions conducive to high quality teaching, learning, reflection, and action. Our program of study is aligned to the National Educational Leadership Preparation (NELP) standards as can be found below.
