Matt began exploring combining philosophy and art through his Masters Thesis at Teachers College, The School, a dystopian critique of high stakes, standardized education. His latest work takes a step back from analyzing education institutions, to examine the limits to our understanding of a recalcitrant world, how reality and language come to life at these limits, and how consciousness might arise out of these thresholds.
