Master Templates are appropriate for Vendors who will have multiple projects in the future for which the full scope of work cannot be not fully determined at the time of the contract. When each project can be specified, a Project Agreement is required to incorporate the scope of work into the Master Agreement. If the full scope of work can be fully defined at the outset, then the applicable independent consultant contract should be used.
