Changes from 90 points to 75 points:

- Submission of the Program Plan will be done at the end of the completion of 75 points. Future coursework will no longer be placed on the Program Plan.

Obligation begins in the term following the completion of the program's Dissertation Seminar course or course sequence (75xx) or the successful holding of the Dissertation Proposal Hearing.
- Certification will not be completed until students have received grades for all coursework listed on the program plan of study.
- Students can no longer defend in the same term that coursework has been completed. I.e., If you are certified in Autumn term, the earliest you can defend is the next term (Spring).
