Schedule Cohort 12


The Executive Master's Program is an intensive and highly selective cohort-based academic program that culminates in a 39-credit Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Psychology, with a specialization in Change Leadership. 

The program is delivered in four 1-week modules extending over one year and includes pre-work, post-work and guided independent study/action research as part of the formal program requirements. Executives are required to attend each module in its entirety and to participate fully in all independent and online learning activities that occur in the liminal spaces between the learning modules. The Program utilizes virtual platforms for course and communication management for learning activities undertaken outside of the modules.
