The Executive Master’s in Change Leadership prepares experienced professionals to lead and sustain complex organizational change by blending social science theory with practical application. The year-long, intensive XMA program is designed specifically for professionals from a diverse range of organizations, sectors, and geographic locations. Unlike business-exclusive programs, the XMA program focuses on the application of both psychological and business principles to tackle today’s most pressing organizational challenges.

XMA is a one-year program. We admit a new cohort every-other year. The next cohort will begin in June 2026.
