Office Hours
Our office works hybrid schedule hours from 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 9am - 1pm.
Windows will be closed on the following dates:
- Wednesday - May 14th - ALL DAY
- Monday - May 19th - 9AM until 12NOON, reopens at 1PM
- Thursday - May 22nd - ALL DAY
You are still welcome to drop off any necessary items if needed. If you require further assistance, we will remain available in person and via email at bursar@tc.edu or by phone at 212-678-3056.

Students wanting to discuss their student account can call (212) 678-3056, email bursar@tc.columbia.edu, or request a video call.
If you are interested in scheduling a video call with a staff member from the Bursar Office, representatives will be available Monday and Wednesday from 12pm - 3pm by appointment only. Please email your appointment request to bursar@tc.columbia.edu in order to receive an appointment date and time confirmation with a secure password protected meeting link.

**The Bursar Office Window is open from Monday - Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and 1 PM to 3:30 PM for in-person tuition payments only.**
** Please note, during the Summer, the Office of the Bursar is working remotely and closes at 1:00 pm on Fridays.
