Office Hours
Our office works hybrid schedule hours from 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 9am - 1pm.
Until August 19th, 2024, the Bursar Office Window hours are from Tuesday - Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and 1PM to 3:30 PM for in-person tuition payment only.
The Bursar Office Window will be closed:

Students wanting to discuss their student account can call (212) 678-3056, email bursar@tc.columbia.edu, or request a video call.
If you are interested in scheduling a video call with a staff member from the Bursar Office, representatives will be available Monday and Wednesday from 12pm - 3pm by appointment only. Please email your appointment request to bursar@tc.columbia.edu in order to receive an appointment date and time confirmation with a secure password protected meeting link.
