Release of New CIS Self-Service Portal

Starting September 1, 2015, we are excited to announce the release of the CIS Self-Service Portal. With the Self-Service portal you will be able to report issues, open requests and check their status. Additionally, you will be able to get computer hardware quotes, and find answers to many of your technology related questions—right from your computer, tablet or smartphone. These online services will be available anytime anywhere and the list will continue to grow over time.

The service portal will allow us to keep track of your requests and respond accordingly. We will use the key data to tailor the technology services to your needs.

You can reach us by phone at 212-678-3300, 8:00 am – 11:30 pm M-F and 10:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
