YouCanBook.me is an online appointment scheduling system that works directly with Google, iCloud and Microsoft cloud calendars. Students and other users can easily book their appointments that sync with your calendar. They can get their own notifications, reminders, calendar invites, and more.
Products that are in the Active/Vendor-Supported category have been approved through the TC application assessment process. While these products are approved, please be aware that TC does not provide licenses or technical support for these products. Therefore, acquiring a license for the use of any product from this category will be the responsibility of the individual user or their respective department. You or your department may purchase the product licenses directly from the product vendor/website. You will also need to contact the vendor directly for technical support.
YouCanBookMe fully and partially meets most of Teacher College’s Accessibility Criteria. The New Booking Experience is accessible via assistive technology and will be widely available in 2022. It is recommended that this product not be required for use until all users have access to the New Booking Experience.
Allow users to utilize an alternative software if they do not have currently have access to the New Booking Experience.
