Negotiations

The Office of Sponsored Programs will support the Primary Investigator in reviewing the award and/or contract(s) for any potential negotiation issues.

Execution

OSP coordinates the execution of the award.

Please note: PIs may not begin any work related to this grant until the Prime Award to TC is fully executed.

Index Set-Up

OSP will coordinate with Grants and Contracts for the creation of an Index Number, via the BRF form.

Subcontracts

Setup: In the case that an award has subcontractors, OSP needs to be contacted for the development and execution of subcontract awards. Subcontract requests need to be submitted.

Amendments: Assists with amendments to subcontractor awards and/or renewals

Budget Modifications

OSP can provide assistance with budget modifications.
