Workers Compensation


Employees may be eligible for workers compensation if they have a work-related injury or illness. Workers compensation may cover medical care costs and loss of wages associated with the work-related injury or illness.

Wages may be covered up to 66% (or 2/3) of salary if an employee is absent for more than seven consecutive calendar days.  

There are no premium cost to employee.

 Local 707 union members should refer to their union contract for information regarding their worker's compensation policy.
