Nothing contained in these policies is intended to create, nor shall it be construed to constitute, an employment contract or any contractual obligation between the College and any or all of its employees. All of these policies comply with applicable law. If an employee believes that a policy conflicts with applicable law, they are encouraged to inform the Chief Human Resources Officer or the person whose title is designated in Section 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY of the respective policy.
