Dear Colleagues,

Each year, the Performance Management cycle commences on September 1 and concludes on August 31 of the following year.

Setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-Bound) goals is foundational to having a great year. Many of you have already started conversing with your supervisor about this year’s focus and performance goals. When you’re ready, you can begin entering your goals in the Page-Up Performance Management module.

The system [Page-Up] is designed to capture your performance goals, track and document progress, and facilitate your growth and development conversations throughout the annual Performance Management cycle.

If you have not defined your performance goals, we encourage you to initiate this process at your earliest convenience.

For your convenience, the Human Resources website offers an array of valuable resources, including a comprehensive overview of TC’s Annual Review Process. We strongly encourage you to enroll in our upcoming training session this month, which is focused on Setting Performance Goals.

These sessions are open to all staff members and are offered on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, Oct. 17 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Goal Setting for Employees
