Open Enrollment Reminder! Virtual Information Session today at 10AM

Dear Colleagues, 

It's that time of the year again! Teachers College's annual Benefits Open Enrollment kicked off on October 17 and will run until November 6.

Attend the Virtual and In-Person Benefits Events

• Monday, October 23, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (open to all employees) 
• Monday, October 30, 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (open to all employees) 
• Thursday, November 2, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (open to all employees) 

The Benefits Fair:
Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 24, 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in 150 Horace Mann

Please note that the Office of Human Resources is closed for in-person visits on October 24. For inquiries, contact Michele Lopez at ml3860@tc.columbia.edu.

Open Enrollment Reminders

How to View and Enroll in Your Benefits:

• myTC Portal: Visit myTC > Employee Resources > TC Benefits, then click "Click Here to View Your Benefits."
• BenefitFocus App: Download from Google Play or Apple App Store, enter "TC" as the Company ID, and log in with your UNI and password.

Important Considerations:

• TC will continue to offer the same comprehensive benefits for 2024 with nominal increases in medical and dental plans (details in the attached document).
• Everyone will shift from the Columbia Dental Plan to MetLife Dental Plan, and must enroll or waive this plan during the Open Enrollment period.
