In the 2025 Our Voice survey and through ongoing feedback, many of you shared that our previous performance management platform was not always intuitive and could feel cumbersome to navigate.

You asked for a simpler, user-friendly tool to support ongoing discussions about your goals, growth and career at the College. We heard you, and we're making it happen!

ACE, powered by Lattice, offers a modern, optimized interface designed to streamline the performance experience and make it easier to access the tools and information you use most. By bringing goals, updates, feedback, and performance conversations into a single centralized platform, Lattice will enable greater efficiency and more meaningful engagement throughout the year. 

The platform also includes AI-supported features to help employees and managers organize, develop, and prepare for important conversations that help all colleagues perform and grow. Accordingly, all members of the College community are expected to use these resources responsibly.

💬 Feedback – Share and receive meaningful feedback throughout the year, not just during formal reviews.

📝 Updates – Reflect on progress, capture accomplishments and milestones, creating a more complete view of your contributions.

🤝 Performance Check-ins (1:1s) – Keep manager and employee conversations organized, focused, and actionable in one convenient place.

📈 Formal (mid-year and year-end) Performance Reviews – Create opportunities for employees and managers to reflect on progress, recognize contributions, discuss development opportunities, and identify the support needed to perform and grow. 

✨ AI-Supported Features – Use built-in assistance to help organize and refine feedback, updates, and performance review responses. 

The ACE process remains the same. This is simply a new experience for the process you already know, one designed to make it easier to Achieve, Contribute, and Excel. 

Beginning September 1, Human Resources will offer live training sessions to introduce employees to goal setting and the core functionalities available in Lattice. Each session will cover the same content, so you only need to attend one. A recording will be made available for later viewing.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share additional resources and demonstrations to help you prepare for the September 1 launch of goal setting in Lattice.
