Welcome to Teachers College! We'd like to ensure that you are entered into our payroll system as quickly as possible. In order to accomplish this, we ask that you review your Offer via your applicant portal, once Offer has been accepted you will be prompted to complete all forms required for on-boarding .
- In order to comply with Federal Regulations please make sure that you complete section 1 of the I-9 form (this is a step in the on-boarding forms mentioned above). When this section is completed you have 72 hours from your start date to visit the Office of Human Resources to complete section 2 of the I-9 form. Requirements for section 2 are: An unexpired, original identifying document/s (listed on page 9 of the I-9 Form). The office of Human Resources is located in 120 Whittier Hall.
- Every Teachers College employee must have a Social Security Number. If you have not yet applied for one, please complete and submit the attached application to a Social Security office. Please bring the receipt of application to the Office of Human Resources (120 Whittier Hall).
