Paid Time Off


Employees are eligible to start using vacation time after the 90-day probationary period ends.

Vacation time accrued between September 1 and August 31 of each year must be used by August 31 of the following year.

 

Full-time (35 hours/week) Accrual (hours per pay period)

Part-time (20 hours/week) Accrual (hours per pay period)

1st year: 4.04 (15 days)

1st year: 2.31

2nd-4th years: 5.38 (20 days)

2nd-4th years: 3.08 

5th-10th years: 6.19 (23 days)

5th-10th years: 3.54 

11+ years: 7.54 (28 days)

11+ years: 4.31

 

Two personal days per year.

The first of which may be used three months after the date of appointment, the second after six months.

Personal days are provided at the start of the plan year, July 1st and must be used by June 30th of the following year.

  • Bereavement Leave
  • Bonus Leave
  • Child Care Leave
  • Military Leave
  • Jury Duty

Maximum sick time accrual is 24 sick days

Up to 40 sick hours may be used for the care of family member or preventative care
